SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

I. SHIPPING

  • Express Shipping: 2 business days: $8.05 flat rate (insurance included)

  • Standard Shipping: 3 - 5 business days: $4.00 flat rate (insurance excluded)

  • International shipping rate varies, is calculated at Checkout. 

  • Free Express Shipping (2 business day) is offered and updated based on an occasional basis. Follow our social media: Facebook and Instagram to not miss any deals!

Please note:

*This pricing is offered by USPS to introduce their shipping rates, thus will vary. The above options are our estimated shipping costs, therefore only for referencing purpose. In order to obtain the exact shipping fee, you need to provide a valid zip code which will later be used to calculate the final cost at Checkout.

*Shipping days do not include public holidays.

Order Processing Time (general): 1-3 business days (depends on holiday seasons). We would process order sorting and packaging as soon as we receive notification about your order and payment, which usually takes 1 days to be shipped. However, please allow extra time of preparation during major holiday/sale periods. We always try our best to serve you as our happy customers!

Order tracking
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email. You could also keep track of your order by signing up for our store's Ecwid shopping membership account (free to register) in order to receive email about tracking number.

II. RETURN & REFUND

​

For any reasons if you are not happy with your order, you can return the items regarding our store's policy here.

 

Please acknowledge that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept return on orders of intimates or lingeries, including these following items:

  • Bodysuits

  • Bra sets

  • Bralettes

(Think of wearing others' underwear. For such example, we cannot sell your returned items that you already try on for other customers. Thank you for your understanding!)

Other items in our store are still returnable for certain conditions below.

How to be eligible for a return and refund from JMNs closet?

  • Item with receipt or proof of purchase should be returned within 14 days since its arrival day at your provided address.

  • Item must be unused or remain the same condition (new with tag) as when you receive it. Defective items will not be allowed for a refund.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift

  • Some health and personal care items

 

Please pack items properly and send to the return shipping address printed on original package's shipping label. Thank you!

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

About late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. First, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Finally, chat with us also if you would like to give concerns or feedbacks, we are always willing to listen to customers.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items regarding mismatching size.  If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size, send us an email at jmnsfleurs@gmail.com and send your item to: 7350 McArdle Rd Apt 113, Corpus Christi, TX, 78412, United States. Please refer to our store Return Policy (section II) for your items that you would like to return be considered eligible for a return/refund.

Return Shipping Address, Label and Fee
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For Paypal users: If you place an order at Checkout using Paypal as your payment method, you are offered by Paypal up to $30 reimbursement, depending on specific order return shipping fee that you are required to pay by postal service. If you are shipping a large amount of items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
